Here is what you will need:

Hessian/Burlap
- Paint
- Brush
- Letters template
- Jute twine
- Scissors or rotary cutter
- Safety pin
- Sewing machine
- Iron

How to proceed?

1. Iron the burlap in order to extend and make it more manageable. Cut the cloth into rectangles or triangles, considering that the upper edge will have to be folded to form a hem.
2. Set the letter template in the center of the rectangle or triangle.
3. Paint the inside of the letters on the cloth with the brush. Carefully peel the template off the burlap.
4. Clean the paint stains from template before using it again.
5. Make a fold 2 cm from the top edge in order to make a hem. Iron the hem to mark the fold, it will be used to insert the jute twine.
6. Stitch the hem with your sewing machine. The hem should be large enough to insert the twine.
7. Cut a piece of jute twine long enough to line up the tops of each pennant, leaving enough twine for each end to hang and tie your banner. Attach a safety pin in one of the twine edge.
8. With the safety pin, fold over the top part of the pennant and run the string through. Your Banner is ready to enhance your celebration!
