In compliance with Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), we inform that the ownership of the domain of our online store, www.DEYUTE.com, corresponds to De Yute Fabrics, S.L., a company legally constituted in Spain with CIF B13983218 and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Alicante on 06/26/2023, in Volume 4,619, Folio 30, Sheet A-188.021, Entry 1 (hereinafter DEYUTE).
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These Legal Conditions or General Contracting Conditions aim to regulate the availability of the information provided on DEYUTE, as well as the commercial transactions that arise between DEYUTE and the users of the domain www.DEYUTE.com. Browsing the online store and purchasing any of the products offered imply the user’s acceptance, without reservation, of all the general contracting and usage conditions set forth herein. DEYUTE may modify these general contracting and usage conditions at any time without prior notice, as well as any specific conditions that may be included, by publishing these modifications in the store so that they can be known by users, ensuring that the date of such modifications is recorded. The customer’s validation of an order expressly implies their knowledge and acceptance of these general contracting conditions as part of the contract. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by DEYUTE constitutes proof of all transactions carried out between DEYUTE and its customers. DEYUTE will archive the electronic document formalizing the contract, which will be accessible to the user. Once the purchase has been made and as soon as possible, always within 24 hours after the execution of the purchase, DEYUTE’s Customer Service will send an email to the customer with proof of purchase. If the customer disagrees with the data in the confirmation, they may request modifications or the cancellation of the contract.
INFORMATION
Every effort is made to provide accurate and error-free information on the website. If at any time an error occurs, beyond DEYUTE’s control, it will be corrected immediately. If a typographical error appears in any of the displayed prices and a customer has made a purchase decision based on that error, they will be informed, and the customer will have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost. Likewise, the website content may occasionally display provisional information about some products. If the information does not match the product characteristics, the customer will have the right to cancel their purchase at no cost.

DEYUTE’s responsibility cannot be invoked in cases where the products do not comply with the legislation of the countries where they may have been shipped according to customer orders. Therefore, customers outside Spain must verify the feasibility of importing or using the requested products.
Users assume full responsibility for the use of our website and any direct or indirect effects it may cause, including but not limited to any economic, technical, and/or legal consequences, as well as any unmet expectations generated by our website. Users agree to hold DEYUTE harmless from any claims arising directly or indirectly from such occurrences.

USER OBLIGATIONS

Users can exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by contacting DEYUTE at info@deyute.com, providing their name, surname, username, and email, along with a copy of their ID. Spanish law requires maintaining purchase-related data for at least six years.
AVAILABILITY
Products are available while visible on the website, subject to stock. If an item is out of stock, DEYUTE will contact the user to provide a new delivery date or cancel the order. A delay does not entitle customers to compensation.
SHIPPING
Orders are delivered to the address provided. If multiple items with different availability are ordered, the longest estimated delivery time applies. If a delivery issue arises, users should contact Customer Service within 24 hours.
PAYMENT
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and electronic payment platforms (PayPal, Mercado Pago, Stripe). Transactions are secured with SSL encryption. Payments must be validated before order processing.
RETURNS
Users must contact Customer Service within 15 days of receipt to request a return. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed once returned goods are inspected.
